Immigrant and refugee families bring deep resilience, culture, and strength — yet too often face barriers when trying to rebuild their lives, pursue meaningful careers, or find belonging in new communities.
For many women, existing workforce programs can feel intimidating or out of reach. They rarely address language barriers or cultural differences in workplace norms, often assume U.S.-based resumes or professional networks, and overlook the importance of confidence-building, storytelling, and mentorship — all essential to rebuilding identity and self-worth after displacement.
For youth, there are few spaces designed specifically for those navigating multiple cultures. Opportunities that focus on refugee and immigrant identity, provide mentorship with professionals, or combine leadership and creative storytelling are limited — leaving many young people without guidance or connection.
DreamED Collective exists to change that.
We create culturally rooted spaces where women and youth can learn, lead, and thrive. Through mentorship, storytelling, and skill-building programs, we help women prepare for meaningful careers and support youth in becoming confident, connected community leaders.

What We Do
Women’s Career Reentry & Empowerment
We help refugee and immigrant women build or rebuild their careers through personalized support with resumes, cover letters, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
Our workshops and one-on-one guidance help women gain the confidence, tools, and community connections they need to pursue meaningful work and economic independence.
Mentorship & Professional Connections
We connect women and youth with professionals in fields such as law, engineering, healthcare, design, and more.
These relationships offer guidance, networking opportunities, and real-world insight — helping participants explore new professions, understand career pathways, and envision what’s possible for their future.

A leadership and mentorship program for immigrant and refugee youth to explore identity, build confidence, and gain real-world experience.
Through storytelling, creative expression, and mentorship opportunities, youth develop the skills to become compassionate, informed, and community-minded leaders.
